Returns & Exchanges

At Maximilian Equestrian, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with all equestrian performance tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
